1) Will monsters use Shock if you got spell breaker on you?

2) Can you outdmg Skeleton Priests in the Shards of Orr Dungeon with 600 / Smite

3) Is Life Attunement vital for 600 / smite?

4) How long does it take to kill Decayed Dragons with Holy Wrath and Retribution
-will one Spell Breaker (17s + 35% + 20%) be enough?

Ive never tried that dungeon but i can try an answer for you

1. Shock is a touch Skill so it will go thru spellbreaker - spellbreaker only stops spells where skills and signets go thru anything.

2. not sure but in hm generally any priests are a bane to 600/smite as they can spam healing and often outheal any dmg.Going by wiki and cheking them out - they may be a problem but sayin that - monks have limited nrg so if u can wear them down they shud eventually die.Also they may die fast as they will take x2 dmg from holy dmg.

3. Yes - it allows for max dmg return on retribution and holy wrath.

4. Sadly no idea.

Id suggest to learn more of what is entailed in 600/smite checking pvxwiki and looking at all the builds for it.That will give an idea of what does what as usually how they all work are in the notes.Also check out 600/smite posts here on guru as well for info - shud be a few posts in monk section that will help you.

2. Yes, although it can take a while, so I take LoD to that dungeon. I use a 3 man build with Storm Chaser, so I use LoD over essence bond, and my energy is fine.

3. Not really, but I find it hard to cope without the extra healing, and prefer it to something like balthazar's spirit on the smiter. However, not taking it will make a 2 man team easier.

4. You can kill the decayed dragons before Spellbreaker runs out.

1) They use shock on you because it's a touch skill not a spell.
2) Yes, you can outdamage the healers, just make sure to put on retribution before you put on holy wrath so that when they hit you, the reversal of damage/fortune will negate the lower damage, and they'll still take the higher amount.
3) Erm, Life Attunement is not vital but it helps the run alot when you've only got casters left, wanding you for about 55-61 dmg (unless you have AL 5 armor still)
4) Yeah, decayed dragons will die with one casting of spellbreaker. They usually die before it even gets to 3/4.

I asked about Shock because I picked up somewhere that monsters dont use skill against Spell Breaker even if it doasnt get negated or maybe that counts for Shadow Form. Not sure

I dont remember off the top of my head, but I do know one thing. QZ is kept up 100% of the time, so is Spell Breaker. So whether you can kill in one or not is moot, since you should be able to perma maintain Spell Breaker.

The part which causes confusion with spell breaker is its name and function - and there will always be that problem .
We all kno gw has skills and we have the skill bar but the skills themselves are either Skill , Spells ( of some sort ) .
This is where the problems start - spell breaker only stops spells - ie hexes , tartgetted aoe ( firestorm etc ) on you or target but a touch skill isnt a spell so it can bypass spell breaker and you can be weapon attacked . Shadow form itself stops everything cept touch and aoe - so weapon dmg as a rule wont affect you ( unless certain enchanted skills ).
